THE ORDERING PROCESS

Once you settle on the art, there are some great things you can do—go straight to the easy-to-use check-out or shop for a frame, virtually! This virtual framing allows you to select various frames (wood, metal, colored), mats (single, double, triple) and even allows you to choose the wall color the art will later be hung on so you can see exactly how it will look. I’ve played with the virtual framing many times but have never ordered so I can’t comment on the frame’s quality, but I suspect that it’s top notch as everything else from this company has been.
Simply add your items to the shopping cart throughout your browsing—it’s easy to remove items and it’s a great way to “bookmark” items you’re interested in. Complete the easy steps. You can also open a “My Gallery” account to save your choices—a simple registration process and then you log-in with your account name & password to save information.

SHIPPING COSTS

Several options are available: Ground Ship (the cheapest at $4.99), Two Day Ship, Standard Overnight Ship, and Priority Overnight Ship (obviously the most expensive at approximately $35.99).
Shipping is fast—each item tells you when to expect your art. Most say, “Usually ships in 24 hours”, and they mean it! I’ve never waited more than 3 days for my art. None have arrived damaged.

RETURNS

Order knowing that if the art doesn’t go with your room the way you thought it would, returns are easy! I purchased several art pieces and upon arrival I decided I didn’t like them together. I received a full refund for the art (I had a free shipping offer so I only paid for shipping back as the problem was customer-related, not quality-related).

The credit to my charge card was done amazingly fast.

QUALITY & PRICING

I have found identical art at Michaels and Art.com beats their prices, sometimes by as much as 50%! Shopping from home, having it arrive safely, and protected by their return policy, shopping couldn’t be easier!
The virtual framing is a huge plus—play with it for awhile and see just how different your selected piece looks with different color frames, different styles of frames, and different colored mats.
