I ordered concert tickets to a sold out Pixies concert a few weeks ago and am SO happy with ticketsnow.com! After checking around with other online ticket vendors, I found that they were $10 cheaper for the same seats. The ordering process was very quick, and I got a response stating that the tickets were confirmed as mine the same day. Shipping was very fast but required a signature, so I tracked the shipment and left a note on my front door on the expected date of delivery. Of course I opened the package immediately and saw that the seat numbers were 25 and 27, but they were supposed to be together! No problem…I called and spoke with Joe, who was SO very nice (we had a short conversation about the Pixies) and assured me that in the older theatres the even seats are on one side of the theatre and the odd seats are on the other side, so that they were in fact together. I went on the Fox Theatre’s website to confirm this, and Joe was right. Overall a wonderful experience, and I would without hesitation deal with them again if I need to purchase sold out tickets in the future.
