I had an email the other day from a reader asking about dating sites.
Well to be honest i am married so i dont have any experience in dating sites.
However i do have single friends and have asked them what they are using.
Most of them all agreed that Match.com® is one of the best sites outthere.
I have found a review for Match.com® and thought i would share it with you.
I’ve been using Match.com® since November of 2008 (short, I know).
How has it been?
It’s been AWESOME! Here’s why:
My girlfriend and I broke up after 3.5 years last March and I got tied up with a rebound for six months thereafter. During that time I accepted a new job as the primary Marketing Consultant for a new company and have been on the dating scene since.
(Now, I don’t know crap about marketing but have been forced into it via my new job)…
But, my initial frustrations with Match.com® combined with my new job duties got me thinking…WHY NOT combine the two??? DUH!
I started applying and testing new ways to “hook” the opposite sex on Match and have been on more dates and hookups from this site than I ever thought possible…$60 for 3 months? They could charge me $1000 and I’d pay it, with the success I’ve had.
As time has progressed I started to get my buddies involved since they were shocked at how much I was pulling on this site alone. (I’m not the prettiest face nor the suavest guy). Of the two friends I’ve set up on Match, I’ve: walked them through what to do, what to say and how to market their profile….and, let’s just say they never have to pick girls up in bars again! PERIOD!
Match.com® is like Google adwords, you have to be sharp and precise with what you say…or you won’t get conversions. It’s not that simple.
Anyways i will look into more dating sites and let you know as i dig up information.
