I have been really busy lately and have not been keeping this blog going , and for that i am sorry.
I have just gone threw a ton of emails from you guys and girls and have noticed a few telling me that i had to mention tigerdirect.com .
I have personally used them and love both there site and customer service.
What i have done is taken a few of the emails i have received and posted them below to give you a non bias option .

On St. Patrick’s Day, I get an email of special promotions from Newegg.com There is a LCD monitor they had for sale at a great price with free shipping. Of course when I go to place the order, they are sold out. My co-worker tells me about what to look for in a monitor as far as resolution and such. I take a look at what TigerDirect.com had to offer and I found a slightly larger monitor with much better resolution for a little more money and $1.99 shipping. So basically, NewEgg.com dangles an idea at me and then
got my business. The order was shipped promptly and arrived in perfect condition. It required a signature for delivery which made me happy since it was shipped in the manufacturer’s box and you could see what was inside of it. My husband has done business with TigerDirect in the past and now they have my business too. Great deals on computer monitors. I love the fact that I don’t get charged sales tax in NY either.

We ordered a printer for our daughter, who lives in Las Vegas. I entered the address info, but there was not enough space to accomodate the 4 characters to identify her apartment number. I contacted your customer service line and was very fortunate in being put in touch with Octavio, at ext. 5924. Octavio corrected the problem and thanks to him, I realized I needed to purchase an ISB cord, as well. Octavio took care of this for me as well. While I am so far from her, it is nice to know that knowledgeable, professional, courteous people, such as Octavio, are on the other end of the phone to help me. He did just that! Because of people like Octavio, we continue to shop Tiger Direct. You are credible, demonstrating integrity each time….and so pleasantly. Please express a big thank you to OCTAVIO FOR A JOB VERY WELL DONE. BRAVO!!!

Over the past few years my company has ordered several different products from Tiger Direct. With the great products they sell, at such a wonderful value, we shall continue to do so on into the future.
But even more important to me, is the great service I receive each and everytime I call our account manager, whom at this time is Reymer Romero. I feel that a customer’s first and immediate contact with a company, speaks more for that company than what product or sevice it provides. And for me, I rank Tiger Direct at number one, in customer service and care.

We have purchased from Tiger many times over the past 8 years, including a desktop and about a week ago, a notebook. We contacted the notebook manufacturer, HP, with questions about the drivers and operating system, and got the runaround and no answers.
I emailed TigerDirect hoping they could suggest something. Even though it wasn’t THEIR issue, I still received a quick, to the point email that gave us exactly the information we were looking for. I have always been pleased with their service, but this little instance where their customer service stepped in and picked up where HP customer service dropped the ball was impressive to this jaded consumer. Can’t say I would buy from them again because I already have! This morning I went back and bought a few accessories for that new notebook. 
Call me a loyal customer.
